Yeni Land — first line boutique complex by the sea in Esentepe

Yeni Land (YeniLand Luxury Residence) is a premium—class chamber residential complex in Northern Cyprus, in the Esentepe area east of Girne (Kyrenia). The project is located right on the Mediterranean coast: the Korineum hotel's beach is a three-minute walk away, and the land of the Korineum golf course stretches in front of the site — it is forbidden to build it up, so the view of the sea and golf from the windows will never be blocked. The details of the project stand out against the background of the typical economy construction projects in Northern Cyprus: YTONG aerated concrete blocks with reinforced heat and noise insulation, hidden internal communications, marble walls and terraces, stretch ceilings with built-in light, ceiling height of 2.8 meters, panoramic aluminum windows in the floor. For the first time in Esentepe, metal formwork was used during construction. The package includes built—in appliances and designer furniture - cabinets, consoles, hidden faucets. Yeni Land is not a large—scale resort, but a compact enclosed enclave for 42 families.
